- 3. Find out your word limit, decide how soon you want your edited essay returned to you.
- 4. Upload or Email us your details, your document* and make your payment.
*We accept documents in Microsoft Word 'doc' and 'docx' formats. If you use another word processor, save your document in one of these file formats.
For some documents, we may be able to accept 'pdf' files. You should contact us before submitting your document to make sure that we are able to work with 'pdf'.
Once your payment has been received, we will edit your essay and return it to you!
- You will receive three versions of your edited essay by Email in the same format as the document that you sent to us.
1. The first will be a "Tracked Changes" version of your essay which will show all the changes made to your essay. This may include suggestions on how you could further improve your essay before handing it in.
2. The second version will be a "Comments Copy", containing any comments or suggestions that we have about your document.
3. The third version will be a "Clean Copy", ready to be printed and handed in, or published.
The Email that you receive may also contain any comments we have about the strengths and weaknesses of your essay, and about how you can improve your writing.

Prices for Assignment & Document Editing are based on the number of words in the document that you submit for editing.
How to calculate the word count for a document:
If you are using Microsoft Word (versions 1997 to 2003), go to the "Tools" menu on the toolbar, then click "Word Count".
For Microsoft Word (2007), go to the "Review" ribbon and select 'Word Count". The word count can also be seen in the bottom left hand corner of the document window.
For other word processors, consult your processor's documentation.
Include in your word count ALL parts of your document that you want us to edit.
