Lifetime Learners Home Tutors provide private 1 to 1 tutoring in your home or at another agreed location.
Home Tutors bookings are available in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, The Fraser Coast, The Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba & Townsville.
We offer subjects & tutoring at all ability levels from primary to secondary & university students.
Small group & Family tutoring may be available upon request. Where groups are tutored, class sizes are limited to between 2 and 5 students, depending on student level and subject.
Lifetime Learners Home Tutors include University Students, Pre-Service Teachers, Qualified & Experienced Teachers and Qualified & Experienced Professionals.
Home Tutor prices vary according to the qualifications & experience of the tutor and whether the tutoring is 1 to 1 or in a group. We will provide you with a firm, fixed hourly rate for your tutor at time of booking.

Booking a Lifetime Learners tutor is easy and obligation free!
Send us your request using our online booking form or call us on 1300 373 314 to discuss your needs.
When you send us your booking online, we aim to respond within 48 business hours.
We will seek to confirm your details, the student's year level, subjects required and any further information that we require in order too provide you with our services.

Whether booking online or by telephone, you can be assured of Lifetime Learners' prompt, friendly, professional attention to your tutoring needs.
We will use the details that you have given us to help match a tutor to your needs. Depending on the nature of your request, this may take between 1 and 5 working days. Once we have located a suitable tutor or tutors in your area, we will call you back to discuss the range of options available to you, to confirm our price and arrange to finalize your booking.
To finalize your booking, we will require more detailed contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, the student's name and other relevant information.
We will also require require your Visa or MasterCard details in order to secure your booking; however, we will not charge your account until service has commenced.
We will refer your contact details only to our tutor who contact you directly, normally within about 48 business hours of booking finalization.
We will email or post to you a confirmation of booking, an authorization for your card payments and a copy of our terms and conditions.

Once we have finalized your booking, our tutor will contact you directly to introduce themselves, to discuss your or your child's needs in greater detail and to arrange for the commencement of tutoring.
Your tutor will then become your point of day to day contact with Lifetime Learners.
Talk to you tutor about your preferred days, times and locations for tutoring and the number of hours that you require. You should also talk to you tutor about what has been covered and your child's progress at tutoring.
If you need to cancel or change a tutoring session, contact your tutor directly.
All Lifetime Learners Tutors are screened for child protection in their State or Territory. In States that issue Working With Children cards, you can ask to see the tutor's card. If you are in New South Wales, contact Lifetime Learners about the tutor's Working With Children Check.
If you experience problems with your tutor or the tutoring, contact Lifetime Learners directly on 1300 373 314.
Your tutor will normally bring everything that they need to each session. They will also bring a time sheet to each session, which they will ask you to sign to verify that they tutoring took place.
At the end of each month, tutors send their time sheets to Lifetime Learners. We then bill you for the tutoring that has taken place and pay the tutor. Our tutors are not able to accept payment directly from the client.
You can contact us at any time about matters relating to your tutor or tutoring. Our management team,staff and tutors are there to assist you to get the most from your tutoring.
Administration, billing and payments for our home tutors are handled centrally by Lifetime Learners.
At the end of each month, tutors send their time sheets to Lifetime Learners. We then bill you for the tutoring that has taken place and pay the tutor.
For matters relating to billing & payments,including changing your authorization, card details, billing irregularities or to arrange refunds, call our office directly on 1300 373 314.
Our tutors are not able to accept payment directly from the client.
You should also call our office if you wish or need to change tutors or subjects, tell us about our tutors or cancel tutoring entirely. Because you are not locked into a contract that requires fixed periods of tutoring, you can change tutors or cancel your tutoring with Lifetime Learners at any time, subject to our terms & conditions, without any cost to you.
For day to day matters, such as changing a session time or day, or to cancel a particular session, you should contact your tutor directly.
From time to time during and at the end of your tutoring, we will contact you to seek feedback about our tutor's performance. At Lifetime Learners, we value your business and will use your feedback to help us improve our service to you.
