Am I locked into a contract for a fixed period, say a school term?
No! With Lifetime Learners, you only pay for the tutoring that you use. You are free to cease tutoring, without penalty, at any time.
Clients should read our terms & conditions before deciding if tutoring with Lifetime Learners is right for them.
If you have any questions about our terms & conditions, service delivery or payments, please do no hesitate to contact us. Our team is there to assist you.
Is there a minimum number of hours or amount of tutoring that I must take?
No! You are free to take as much or as little tutoring as you require to meet your needs. However, for progress to be observed and monitored, it is likely that most students will require at least 1 term (approximately 10 consecutive tutoring sessions).
We reserve the right not to accept a client for tutoring if we believe that the period of tutoring requested is likely to be insufficient to allow us to adequately address the student's needs.
What is your policy if I wish to cancel or change tutors? Are there any fees involved?
You may cancel your tutoring at any time without penalty of fees, subject to our terms and conditions.
Out of consideration for our tutors and for administrative purposes, we request that you provide us with at least 2weeks notice of your intention to cease tutoring.
Do you have a refunds policy?
Yes! Click here to view/download a copy of our refunds policy.
How much can I expect to pay in total for tutoring?
Prices for tutoring at our Tuition Centres are on a per 80 minute class basis and are published on our web site.
Prices for Home Tutors vary depending on the qualifications and experience of the tutor. We will provide you with a firm quote once we have sourced a tutor for you.
All Home tutor services are quoted at a flat hourly rate and billed in arears.
Whichever of Lifetime Learners' Tutoring services you choose, there are no booking fees, no cancellation fees, no agency fees or other hidden costs.

What will happen if I or my child is unhappy and I want to cancel? Are there any cancellation charges?
Talk to your tutor or contact us and we will try to resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Disputes Resolution policy and /or our Refunds policy. We do not charge cancellation fees. You are free to cease or cancel tutoring at any time without charge.
How much notice will I have to give to avoid being charged for a tutoring session?
If you are a Home Tutor client, we require 24 hours notice to the tutor if you are unable to attend a tutoring session.
If you are a Tuition Centre client, we require 24 hours notice to the Centre Manager if you are unable to attend a tutoring session.
Will I have to pay for any support materials or books?
No! Our price includes any resources used. It is normal for secondary students and above to bring their school/Uni texts and materials to the session.
