Do I need to register a business name as well?

Whether or not tutors need to register a separate business name will depend on how they establish themselves and trade.

Generally in Australia you need to register a business name in your State or Territory if you intend to trade under a name that isn't your natural or corporate name.

Lifetime Learners would generally prefer that our tutors trade under their natural name.
