the (tools), “social practices, relationships, knowledge, language and culture of communication” (UNESCO)
By providing skills and support for parents to assist them with their children’s learning, especially where this relates to students’ school performance.
By providing consultancy services, delivering professional development and supporting school communities and educational professionals to assist them to develop literacy practices that encourage quality, inclusive lifelong learning.
