Lifetime Learners' programs are delivered by qualified, experienced and caring tutors.
Lifetime Learners' tutors may be either qualified, experienced teachers or tutors who may not be teachers but who possess training, experience and/or qualifications and subject knowledge that promote positive student outcomes.
All Lifetime Learners' staff are employed through a process that involves formal application, short-listing, referee checks and face to face interviews. When employing tutors, we look for qualifications, academic standing, experience, subject/curriculum knowledge ,teaching skills, reliability and well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
In accordance with child protection legislation in the various States & Territories, all Lifetime Learners' staff must maintain current positive "Working with Children" checks.
Lifetime Learners supports staff to maintain the currency of their knowledge in curriculum, teaching strategies, professional practice, child protection and other areas relevant to their work with the company. All staff are encouraged to maintain active membership of relevant professional associations, to attend conferences and seminars and to share their professional knowledge & expertise with their colleagues.
