Option 1: Submit your request using our online Request form.

Simply click on the "Request a Tutor" button at the bottom of this page or on our Home page, or visit our "Client Services" link on the left hand side of this page.

We aim to respond to your request within 48 hours. At this time we will seek to confirm your details and gather any further information that we require in order too provide you with our services.

Option 2: Contact us by phone to discuss your needs.

Whichever option you choose, you can be assured of Lifetime Learners' friendly, professional attention to your request.

How it works:

We will require your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, the student's name, year level, subjects required and other relevant information.

Once we have confirmed your details, we will locate a Learning Centre or tutor close to you and confirm availability and price.

If you wish to proceed, we will require your Visa, MasterCard or Amex card details in order to secure your booking. We will not charge your account until service has commenced.

If you are enrolling at a Learning Centre or for Online Tutoring, we will confirm your booking, date, time and tutor by email or post.

If you are enrolling for Home Tutoring, the tutor will contact you directly.

Terms and conditions for tutoring with Lifetime Learners can be downloaded from our website. We will provide you with a copy of these at your first tutoring session if you are attending a Learning Centre. We will also ask you sign our Enrolment Form, indicating your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

If you are taking home or online tutoring, we will email or post a copy of our terms and conditions to you.

If you are taking home tutoring, your signature on the tutor's timesheet signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

For online tutoring, accessing our online classroom indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

For home tutoring and online tutoring, payment is only accepted by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Lifetime Learners will debit your card at the end of each calendar month in which tutoring has taken place. Our tutors are not able to accept payments.

Payment for tutoring at our Learning Centres can be made using EFTPOS, Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cash or Cheque.
