To be successful with us:
- You must be passionate about education
- You must be patient to maximize the learning potential of children and adults of all levels and abilities.
- You must be reliable, punctual, able to work wtihout supervision and have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in Standard Australian English (Spoken & Written)
- You must have the right to reside and work in Australia to be considered for a position.
- You must hold a current Working With Children Check in your State or Territory
- You must be able to commit to at least 4 hours per week, if required, during school terms.
- You must be available during Lifetime Learners' normal business hours:
- Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 8:30pm
- Sat: 9:00am to 12:30pm
- Sunday and School Holiday work may also be required.
If you are one of our private home tutors:
- You must have your own transport & a current driver's licence issued in your home State or Territory
- You must be willing to travel up to 15 kilometres to students' homes outside school hours.
